Brandon Law Group, originally founded in 1994, is an AV-rated* law firm specializing in family law litigation and mediation.  The firm is located in downtown Long Beach, CA.  We practice family law before most California Superior Courts, most especially those located in downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Torrance, Norwalk, Orange, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino family courts.  The firm's principle, Lisa E. Brandon, has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization since 1996.

First founded in 1994, Brandon Law Group has assembled a team of lawyers and legal assistants dedicated to providing our clients with the excellent legal representation, prompt and regular communication, at fair and reasonable prices.  We strive to maintain regular communication with our clients and to ensure their interests are well represented at all times. Brandon Law Group and predecessor firm, Brandon & Yarc, LLP, have been included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for more than ten years. 
 
About Lisa Brandon, CFLS
 
Admitted to the California State Bar in 1987, Ms. Brandon received her undergraduate degree from California State University at Fullerton in 1983 and her juris doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1987.  Ms. Brandon received her certification as a family law specialist from the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization in 1996.  Ms. Brandon is a Member of the Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills, Long Beach and Orange County Bar Associations.  She is a past-President of California Women Lawyers and a former member of the CEB Family Law Advisory Committee. She was selected as a "Super Lawyer" in 2005 and has been received the highest possible Peer Review rating from Lexis Nexis/Martindale Hubbell (an "AV" rating).

- Mariellen Yarc, Of Counsel
 
Admitted to the California State Bar in 1986, Ms. Yarc received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1977 and her juris doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1986.  Ms. Yarc received her certification as a family law specialist from the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization in 1993.  Ms. Yarc is a Member of the Los Angeles, Orange County and Long Beach Bar Associations.  She is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Barristers, the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine Editorial Board, the Judicial Evaluations Committee for the LACBA, the Board of Directors for Rainbow Services and the LACBA Domestic Violence Counseling Project Committee.
